ISIN.net update: The Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the Orova Residential prospectus, which is related to the listing of a total of 937,664 shares.
The shares are related to the directed issue allocated to Maakunnan Asunnot Oy (369,218 shares), communicated by the company on 29 June 2015, the directed issue allocated to Suomen Vuokrakodit Oy (68,446 shares), communicated on 30 June 2015, and the without charge directed issue allocated to the company itself (500,000 shares), communicated on 23 June 2015. In the directed issues subject to a payment, the subscription price of new shares was the average stock exchange price on the Helsinki Stock Exchange weighted by the share turnover during the five trading days preceding 29 June 2015. The subscription price of the shares with the trading code OREIT (ISIN code FI4000068614) was EUR 11.65 per share, and the subscription price of the shares with the trading code OREITN0115 (ISIN code FI4000148036) was EUR 10.65 per share.
The company will file an application for the listing of its shares with the Helsinki Stock Exchange on 1 July 2015, applying for the admission to trading of the shares subscribed in the directed issue allocated to Maakunnan Asunnot Oy and the charge-free shares allocated to the company itself, in total 869,218 shares, on the stock exchange list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange. Trading in the shares in question is estimated to start on 3 July 2015. 526,329 shares will be listed with the ISIN code FI4000068614 and with the trading code OREIT and 342,889 shares will be listed with the ISIN code FI4000148036 and with the trading code OREITN0115.
The total of 68,446 shares allocated to Suomen Vuokrakodit Oy will be entered in the Trade Register and an application will be filed to admit them to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange immediately when the transaction has been implemented, on estimate on 31 July 2015 at the latest.
The number of the company’s shares recorded in the Trade Register is currently a total of 7,454,238 shares, and the company’s registered share capital is EUR 67,057,020.
The prospectus will be available on the company’s website (only in Finnish) at www.oravaasuntorahasto.fi/talousinformaatio no later than on 1 July 2015.
