With the aid of local affiliates and funds, ISIN.net will assist additional firms with their private offerings, initial public offerings CUSIP assistance and ISIN (International Securities Identification Number) assistance and more.
Simultaneously, ISIN.net, since announcing on January 26, 2012, has initiated the process of restructuring its website and database to include nearly 10 million unique identifiers. These ISIN codes will be available for free on ISIN.net’s site, as well potential affiliates. There is no CUSIP database.
