Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) ISIN Code Update. Effective 5 October 2015, Google Inc. announced the change of the company structure into a holding structure. The name of the holding is Alphabet Inc. In this regard, the shareholders of Google Inc. will receive new shares of Alphabet Inc. at a ratio of 1:1.
Accordingly, the names of the Eurex Single Stock Futures contracts (GOAF/GOCF) and the International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs) of the underlying instruments on shares of this company will change effective 6 October 2015.
The product codes and product ISINs of the Eurex Single Stock Futures contracts will remain unchanged.
