Rae-Wallace Mining Company (“Rae-Wallace” or the “Corporation“) (PINKSHEETS:RAEW) announces that it has obtained a new ISIN/CUSIP number for its ordinary shares as a result of its domestication to the Cayman Islands. Rae-Wallace’s new ordinary share ISIN/CUSIP numbers are ISIN – KYG735341029 and the CUSIP – G73534 102.
Letters of transmittal with respect to the new ISIN/CUSIP have been mailed to all registered shareholders of the Corporation. All registered shareholders will be required to send their respective certificates representing the ordinary shares along with a properly executed letter of transmittal to the Corporation’s transfer agent, Equity Financial Trust Company (“Equity“), in accordance with the instructions provided in the letter of transmittal. Additional copies of the letter of transmittal can be obtained through Equity (Investor Services 1 (866) 393-4891 Ext: 205). All shareholders who submit a duly completed letter of transmittal along with their respective ordinary share certificate(s) to Equity, will receive an ordinary share certificate with the correct ISIN/CUSIP.
